Group 1 

Our first available virtual lease signing appointment for Group 1 properties is set for October 5th. You can schedule a virtual lease signing appointment for a Group 1 property starting on September 14th. If you are a current JSM resident, please utilize the appointment links provided to you in your email. 

Group 2

Our first available virtual lease signing appointment for Group 2 properties is set for October 26th. You can schedule a virtual leasing signing appointment for a Group 2 property starting on September 14th.  Please select a date/time on or following October 26th if you are signing for a Group 2 property. Selecting a date prior to October 26th for a Group 2 property will result in a canceled appointment. If you are a current JSM resident, please utilize the appointment links provided to you in your email. 

Important Reminders

Please note that JSM leases by the unit at all properties except 505 S. Fifth – The Station. The Station is the only JSM property with roommate matching, and leasing by the bed options. Call our office to learn more (217) 610-8203. 

Please see below for the minimum number of people needed to sign a lease. If you schedule a Virtual Lease Signing Appointment and do not have the minimum number of people required to sign, your appointment will be canceled. 

To sign a lease with JSM, prospective residents must complete an application and be prepared to submit a Security Deposit equal to one rental installment. Submitted payments can be split amongst roommates to equal the total due for the unit.
