VIP FAQ

1. What is the JSM VIP Program?
The JSM VIP Program is an exclusive program ONLY for JSM Residents. It allows our residents to get year round discounts at some of the best retailers on campus. Go here for a list of participating retailers!

2. How much do I have to pay to be part of the VIP program?
Nothing, it is completely free. Once you sign a JSM lease you become a VIP member!

3. Do I need to sign up to be a VIP member?
Nope!  Once you sign a JSM lease, you receive a JSM VIP card and become a VIP member.

4. Where do I find which retailers accept the JSM VIP card?
You can scan the QR code on the back of the JSM VIP card or click here and it will direct you to the VIP program participants.

5. What do I do if a retailer accepts the JSM VIP card?
Just show your JSM VIP card at the cash register/checkout.

6. Do I have to use my card to get the deal?
Yes, you must present your card at the time of purchase at the JSM retailer in order to receive the JSM VIP deal.

7. How often are deals updated?
VIP Deals and offers are subject to change at any time per request of the retailer. Please go here for updated deals and participating retailers.

8. If I try to use my VIP card at a retailer that is in the program and they don’t accept it, what should I do?
Please call us at 217-359-6108 or email us at jsm@jsmliving.com asap so we can get the issue resolved.

9. What is a VIP day?
VIP days, are usually 1-day flash sales that are different than their ongoing VIP deal, the VIP day is a deal that you don’t want to miss! The VIP day is only valid for JSM VIP members. Please follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to stay updated with JSM VIP Days!

10. How do I find out when there are VIP Days?
Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We post updates on our social media. You can click here or call us at 217-359-6108 to find out the next VIP day!

11. What if I never received a JSM VIP card at my signing?
Please come get one! Just ask 1 of our leasing agents, we’d be happy to give you one, your VIP to us!

12. If I renew my apartment, can I use the same card every year?
No, there are new cards issued every year! It’s an exclusive program, so we only allow those who have a lease with JSM to have them!

13. If I renew my apartment, how do I get a new VIP card?
We will hand deliver your renewal packet to your apartment and there should be a VIP card in it. If you don’t receive a VIP card, please call us and we can deliver it to you!

14. What if I lose my VIP card?
Come to our office at 505 S. Fifth St. and ask one of our Leasing Agents for a new one.

15. How can I make suggestions for the VIP program?
